As much as we hear every day that American manufacturing jobs are being shipped overseas, other nations are in the same situation, some for the first time. Japan has suffered significantly since the tsunami last March and now finding that it's losing manufacturing jobs to South Korea, Vietnam and China. The devastation of the Tsunami caused the almost complete shutdown of the nation's nuclear power stations, destruction of factories, roads, ports, and the displacement of population.
