Everybody Loves CRM The world of CRM is getting ever more crowded with two new CRM offerings announced; Microsoft's Dynamics CRM application and Sage SalesLogix v8.0 CRM System. The upgrade to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application is said to give a more visual approach to guide users through business processes rather than the traditional data-centric approach. It should also give more integration between CRM, the Yammer social-networking application and Skype.

The Sage SalesLogix v8.0 CRM includes enhanced Web and mobile interfaces, as well as enhanced security options for CRM data and new administrator customization tools. Sage has also included cloud deployment capabilities with additional memory capacity. The product is also full integrated with the Sage ERP X3 application.

Research from Gartner suggests that the CRM market will continue to grow in 2013, predicting that Salesforce.com will have the largest number of sales in 2013, but will continue to trail SAP in overall market share.

The company I work for has been round and round with what to do about CRM. We did plan to implement something this year, but the management could not decide on whether to go with an Oracle product (we use Oracle for our manufacturing and finances), or whether to use Salesforce.com, which the sales department really pushed for. So its been delayed until 2013 and who knows what the decision will be then. Does anyone actually use MS Dynamics for anything? I can’t say I have ever heard of any one using it, perhaps in the US they do?

Our company is evaluating a number of CRM solutions; Salesforce.com, Seibel, Sugar CRM and SAP. We have a SAP system and it seems right that we would use the SAP CRM application as I expect it to be fully integrated.

We implemented our CRM system a year ago and it has very positive reviews from our sales staff. We use salesforce.com after we looked at a couple of other CRM apps.
