Identify Critical Processes

These are processes that, if a failure were to occur, would seriously affect revenues. For example, Dell’s on-line ordering system would surely be a critical process for their business as most of their sales are generated on-line. Another would be quality control processes at a brewery. A batch of bad beer would hurt the brand reputation of a premier beer company such as Heineken, for example.
